Hi! I’m Karina, but call me KP.
A brilliant brunette who loves dancing, wine and fries. Sometimes all at the same time. I’m a dopamine hunter, always chasing the next great restaurant or bar.
I’m the well-chuffed creator of WingWoman Tribe. I’m a friendship matchmaker, and I’ve been a dating coach, a general manager, led events teams, run over 500 corporate events and written a book on kindness. These days I’m also a speaker and AI workflow specialist for event businesses, so AI is my happy place.
WingWoman is everything I love: meeting people, connecting people, fun, learning, delicious food, champagne or wine (I’ll take either) and laughing in the moment. I hope to meet you soon.

What is WingWoman Tribe?
WingWoman Tribe is a community for women who want to learn AI and make real connections. We run hands-on AI events, matched Tribe Table dinners, the invite-only AI Leaders Table and an AI conference for women. We started in Melbourne and are growing worldwide.
Who is WingWoman Tribe for?
Women who want to keep up with AI, grow their career or business, and meet like-minded women. Founders, leaders, career changers and the simply curious are all welcome.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Every event is in plain English and hands-on. If you can send an email, you can learn this.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Most women come on their own, and that’s the point. You’ll leave knowing new people.
What is Tribe Table?
Tribe Table is a matched dinner for women who want new friends and connections. You apply, we match you with women at a similar stage of life and with a similar energy, and you meet over dinner at a great restaurant.
How does Tribe Table matching work?
You fill in a short application about you, your stage of life and what you’re looking for. We use it to seat you with women you’ll click with.
What does the $47 Tribe Table booking fee cover?
The $47 booking fee secures your seat and your match. Your meal and drinks are paid at the restaurant on the night.
What is the AI Leaders Table?
An invite-only dinner for women founders and AI leaders who want to talk about using AI to grow their business and lead their teams. It’s $97, which includes a shared-style entree and main and a welcome glass of wine. It’s on in the Melbourne CBD at 7pm. You apply, and we’ll be in touch if it’s the right fit.
Is the AI Leaders Table only in Melbourne?
It starts in Melbourne and is coming to cities around the world. Apply and you’ll hear when it lands near you.
What will I learn in AI for Real Life?
How to use AI tools for real tasks in your work and life. Two small-group evenings, laptops open, with every question answered, then a 30-minute 1:1 coaching and support call. It is $279 for both sessions and your coaching call.
What is Walk with Purpose?
A Saturday morning walk and talk, then we sit down at a café and go through one practical AI thing together. You get a handout so you can use it that same day. It’s $27, and you order your own coffee or drink at the café.
Where are WingWoman events held?
Our home is Melbourne, Australia, and the AI Leaders Table is going global. Each event page lists the venue.
When is the WingWoman AI conference?
AI Uncorked is a one-day AI conference for women in Melbourne in May 2027. Early bird tickets start at $149, and you can register to speak, run a workshop, exhibit or sponsor through the same form.
